This is my Joe4×4Hybrid CNC cutting a 5×7 plaque for a dog leash holder. It has a logo on it along with the dog’s name. Total cut time was actually 6 minutes, however, I sped the video up so it’s not as boring. Cut paramaters for my fellow cnc’rs Tool paths generated by VCarve Pro 5.0 Tool paths run by EMC/Axis 2.3.4 400 IPM rapid 100 IPM cut speed 30 IPM plunge .08″ pass depth .01″ step over 60 degree V-bit at 18000rpm Material: finished solid oak.
