WINOOSKI — A 26-year-old man is dead after a fire tore through a Winooski apartment building early Wednesday morning. Winooski Police said firefighters found Kaldon Goodwin unconscious in a downstairs apartment. He was taken to Fletcher Allen Health Care, where he died, police said.
