Reverse 911 implemented in Rome, parade questions remain
ROME — North Rome residents were notified Friday, via reverse 911, that a kitten in their neighborhood had tested positive for rabies. The area notified included the portion of Rome north of Erie Blvd, west of Floyd Avenue, south of Potter Road and east of Turin Street/Turin Road.
