Lilly Ledbetter says Davis right man for governor’s job
The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009 was the first piece of legislation President Obama signed into law upon his taking office. Ledbetter worked at the Goodyear Tire and Rubber plant in Gadsden for 19 years before taking an early retirement, something she says she was forced to do, in 1998.
