She is itchy from the air conditioner that has been on for the past two weeks. She has what appears to be dandruff. She eats very good catfood, and it has sunflower oil (linloiec acid) in it for healthy coat. Should I supplement her with other fatty acids? She HATES baths and I rather not subject her to that torture. Is there anything else for her skin?

I have an indoor cat an my new apartment is dark, and on the bottom level so I am no so inclined to open up the blinds to all. Invite a break in. Besides when it is hot, I can not open the blinds. at all. My question is, should I be concered my little girl is getting enough sunlight? Vitamins A & D. If so, can I give her safe supplements? Where can I find a potassium supplement for our cat? His muscles seem to be wasting. We want to give him potassium supplements until we get him to the vet. His appointment isn’t for a few weeks. Can anyone recommend a good supplement and where to get it? or is there another method to help him? He is about 13 years old and has seemingly become weaker. He doesn’t go up the stairs anymore. He also walks very gingerly. Like I said, he has an appointment soon for the vet. I just want to help him until that time comes. Thanks guys! My cat is two years old and has white flakes that look like dandruff. I brush her but they still don’t come out. I tried to give her this vitamin supplement but she won’t eat it. |
