Not super happy with it as my dog is a chow and thought this is what I needed but dont work to well I dont think

This rake worked perfectly for de-matting our Goldendoodle until it cracked, rendering it nearly useless. Serious mattes deserve serious tools, I guess. We got what we paid for, which in this case was only about three months of use.

I bought this a long time ago after reading rave reviews. I dont have a dog with long hair but one with an undercoat and shedding is a huge issue everytime seasons change. I bought this expensive thing in the hope that if it works then money is not that much.
But it doesnt do much to clear the undercoat. I go on it maybe 10 times on my dog and only get a very very small amount of undercoat. MY HANDS DO A BETTER JOB THAN THIS! No kidding…
I am thinking of getting the FURminator at this point since this is just money down the drain, for my purpose atleast…

This is THE pet owners best friend. It gets all the loose hair off in one or to swipes. Be gentle with it though, don’t press down. After the first few times you only need to brush with it once a week, really keeps the shedding down. ( I have 3 dogs, what a blessing)
